The retainer is a non-refundable payment made as part of the booking confirmation (in addition to a signed contract) to reserve us for your specific date—meaning we're 100% yours! If you cancel the contract, you forfeit the retainer. The retainer cannot be transferred to another date or client.

HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU film EACH YEAR?

We limit the number of love story films we produce so that we can spend valuable time on each one and to ensure couples receive our best work. When you book with us, you get the two of us walking with you from start to finish. We do not outsource videoing your wedding to other videographers or send your film to outside editors. We take time to get to know you, all of the important details about your wedding, and then partner with you to create a one of a kind love story film that tells your story. We focus on quality, not quantity in all areas of our work.

How long does it take to get our videos and film?

We usually book weddings up to one year in advance, sometimes longer. We encourage couples to book early so ensure our availability. To keep the booking process fair, our policy is that we do not hold or secure dates without a signed contract and non-refundable retainer.

Yes! (and no). We subscribe to several sites that have tens of thousands of songs in every genre to license for your love story film. We LOVE to try and match your requests, but it may not be possible. We will also get to know your musical preferences and tastes so we can create a film that feels like you. We want to learn what you like and don't like! Ultimately, the final decision on song selection resides with us as the artists creating your love story film. We work very hard to pick the right music to fit each moment. Please contact us for for more details.

You will see clips from your wedding weekend within two weeks of your event and a highlight video in 1-2 months. For your feature film, it can vary depending on the time of the year and how many films are ahead of yours, but we tell couples to expect their final film around 5-6 months after their event. We have hours of footage to review, edit, color grade, audio to adjust/match/add, music to find and sync, etc. We take creating your love story film seriously. We're not going to rush it.

We're awkward, how do you get good shots of us?

Most of us are self conscious and feel uncomfortable being made the center of attention; it's normal. But if you've seen photos and videos from other couples on their wedding day, they probably don't appear to be nervous. It's our job as professionals to help you feel relaxed and at ease. It's one reason why we include an engagement session before your wedding. We want to help you be more comfortable and confident instead of being a reason for feeling uneasy and stressed. The more time we spend with you, the more trust you can have that we're here to support you and make you look good during some of the most important moments in your life.

How do we receive our film/videos?

When the editing is complete, we upload your videos to your online gallery and send it to you via email. You can view your gallery on any device or even put it on your smart TV. You can share the link with friends and family, so they can view your videos. You can also download the whole gallery to your computer. We also send a customized gift box with all your videos on a USB. All of your original footage is kept for one year.

Can we get all of our uncut footage?

Absolutely! There is an additional charge for the editing and processing time, so please inquire with us for more specifics.

do you do destination weddings? do you charge for travel?

While we are already based in the popular destination wedding location of Arizona, we serve clients all around the world. For bookings outside of Arizona, but within the contiguous 48 states, we currently do not charge for travel. However, for Hawaii, Alaska, and weddings in foreign countries, there will be additional travel/accommodation.

How long will our film be?

It really depends. Every couple's story is different and unique. We never put a time minimum or limit on custom films that are tailored to your love story. But we tell couples to expect something longer than five or six minutes for a one day wedding and 10 to 20 minutes for a multi-day wedding.
